    Key Responsibilities for Fire Alarm Technician and Security Alarm Technician Instructors:

    + Teach and provide hands-on training in Electrical and Electronics Systems in our fully equipped facility.

    + Facilitate and effectively deliver Lincoln Tech accredited course curriculum.

    + Support and motivate student growth, professionalism, and accountability,

    + Evaluate and communicate progress with students.

    + Teach students about the importance of safety and compliance.

    Key Requirements for Fire Alarm Technician and Security Alarm Technician Instructors:

    + 5+ years of technician experience in the Fire Alarm and Security Alarm industry:

    + Fire Alarm Technician / Fire Detection systems

    + Security Alarm Technician / Intrusion Alarm systems

    + Installation, configuration, and repair of CCTV and access control systems

    + Control systems: Motor / Access / Lighting

    + Knowledge of other fire alarm systems is a plus

    + Familiarity with industry codes and standards

    + High school diploma or GED

    + NICET certification is a plus
