Richmond Community Services, a leading non-profit provider of support services for individuals with developmental, intellectual, and behavioral disabilities, is seeking a Residential Services Administrator.
The Residential Services Administrator (RSA) will primarily oversee the delivery of all services in residential habilitation environments as you ensure the ongoing excellence of services, programs, and staff to maximize the quality of life for the individuals our organization serves. You will provide support, training, and supervision to Community Residence Managers and Regional Managers in meeting the clinical and social needs of the individuals supported. You will work with a close-knit residential management team that supports each other by sharing knowledge and helping to promote and create a positive workplace. You will be encouraged to make decisions and explore better solutions while knowing leadership supports you. You will hire, train and coach Residential Managers, Assistant Managers, and Direct Support Professionals as you promote the agency’s values and strategic vision. You will manage multiple budgets and provide sound fiscal management.

Qualifications:
+ MBA or Master’s degree in Non-Profit Management or Master’s in Healthcare Management required.
+ 10 years of relevant experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
+ Experience with person-centered planning approaches and positive behavioral supports preferred.
+ Experience in management required.
+ Working knowledge and experience of OPWDD regulations preferred.
+ Must successfully complete training in Cardio-Pulmonary-Resuscitation (CPR) and Strategies for Crisis Intervention & Prevention (SCIP).
+ Must be able to work a flexible schedule, specifically evening and weekend hours.
+ Must be available for 24-hour cell phone coverage, as assigned.
+ Valid driver’s license required. Access to a vehicle to transport self between Agency sites required.
