• Gas Distribution Technician

    Position Title: Utility A, Gas Distribution

     

    Starting Rate of Pay is $53\.58 p/hr\.

     

    SCHEDULE:Monday – Friday, 7:00AM – 3:30PM \(shifts may be required\)

    ROLE & SCOPE:

    The Utility A is responsiblefor assuring that all gas construction and maintenance work that is completed is performed in accordance with Company, State, and Federal regulations\. This includes inspections, repairs, and leak survey\.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    1\. High School Education or equivalent

     

    2\. Must have 3 years of Gas Distribution experience\.

     

    3\. Experience working with heavy equipment\.

     

    4\. CDL Drivers’ License Class A required\.

     

    5\.Ability and willingness to perform heavy physical work indoors and outdoors in all seasons and at times for extended periods\.

     

    6\.Must have a work history that demonstrates safe work habits\.

     

    7\. Must pass and maintain all operator qualification requirements dictated by department\.

     

    8\. Must meet OSHA requirements\.

     

    _This position is categorized as safety\-sensitive for the purpose of drug testing\. Successful applicants shall be subject to a pre\-assignment drug test\. As an employee in this position the individual shall be subject to random drug testing\._
