What you will do – Essential responsibilities

+ Interior cleaning, which includes vacuuming, shampooing, and stain removal.♦ Exterior cleaning, which includes power wash of exterior and engine compartment, wax application, use of orbital buffer, and wet sanding♦ Paint touch up of chips♦ Participate in cleaning of facility♦ Participate in auction support♦ Ensure that all vehicles meet CarMax Final Quality Standards for cleanliness.♦ Drive vehicles to and from various locations as requested by supervisor.♦ Provide outstanding customer service at all times.♦ Monitor shop compliance with CarMax, O.S.H.A., and EPA policies

Qualifications and requirements

+ A high level of motivation

+ Possession of a valid driver’s license

+ Good communication and teamwork skills

+ Work outdoors in all types of weather

+ Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

+ Primarily working in an outdoor environment; may include working at times in noisy and/or inclement weather conditions
