Pay: Hourly base + commission (paid monthly upon job closure)

What You’ll Do

+ Perform takeoffs and estimates using Sage 100 Estimating and Scheduling

+ Prepare proposals using company Word templates

+ Work in HubSpot to manage leads and track deal progress

+ Convert awarded estimates into budgets and schedule jobs in Sage 100 Contractor

+ Respond to inbound homeowner leads and schedule virtual or on-site walkthroughs

+ Follow established workflows to track performance and stay organized

What You Need

+ Clear communication and professional follow-up

+ Basic experience with computers and file systems

+ Willingness to learn premium business tools: Sage 100 Contractor, HubSpot, Excel, Word

+ Interest in residential construction, home sales, or estimating

+ Ability to work in the office for the first 90 days for hands-on training

+ Jobsite travel required — company vehicle or mileage reimbursement provided
