    As a School Social Worker, you’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support students through social work interventions. You’ll play a key role in developing Individualized Health Plans (IHPs) and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), ensuring every student receives the care and support they need to thrive.

    ? Minimum Requirements:

    + Professional Educator License with School Social Worker (SSW) endorsement (PELSB required)

    + MSW or LCSW may be required depending on state or facility

    + Compliance with all professional standards of practice

    + Current CPR certification (if applicable)

    + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable)

    + Current Health Certificate (per contract or state regulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

    + Must be 18 years or older

     
     

    + Previous school-based experience highly preferred

    + Strong communication and collaboration skills

    + Passion for student advocacy and mental health support
