    Speech Language Pathologist – Gardner, MA

     

    Maternity Leave Coverage – January to June 2026

     

    Contract Position | Full-Time Schedule

     

    Amergis Healthcare Staffing is proud to partner with a much respected school in Gardner, MA, currently seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to provide maternity leave coverage from January through the end of the 2025–2026 academic year. This is a meaningful opportunity to support a diverse group of young learners in a collaborative and well-resourced environment.

    Position Overview

    As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be one of five SLPs serving an elementary school of approximately 1,000 students. You’ll work closely with the IEP team to create goals, monitor progress, provide direct services, and perform evaluations to support student success.

     

    Schedule

     

    Monday – Friday, 8:45 AM – 3:00 PM

     

    Start Date: January 2026

     

    End Date: June 2026

     

    Pay Rate: $75/hr

    Key Responsibilities

    + Provide direct speech and language services to students

    + Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations

    + Collaborate with the IEP team to develop and implement student plans

    + Monitor and document student progress

    + Support communication development in both individual and group settings

    Qualifications

    + Active Massachusetts SLP license

    + Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred

    + Strong communication and collaboration skills
