Senior Interior Designer

Description:

They are seeking a dynamic interior designer with over 5 years of professional experience in commercial design to support their Utah Leasing and Construction teams. This role will collaborate closely with sales to assist client acquisition and retention efforts.

Responsibilities:

+ Address the design requirements of the leasing team

+ Conduct meetings with potential and existing clients to determine their design needs

+ Develop space plans based on client specifications

+ Create pricing drawings for the Interior Construction Department to prepare construction estimates

+ Prepare final drawings for construction and permitting

+ Assist clients in selecting finishes

+ Utilize the resources of our on-site design center

+ Coordinate the planning and construction processes with vendors and project managers

+ Facilitate communication between the Leasing and Interior Construction Departments

Job Qualifications:

+ Proficiency in REVIT is required

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial interior design

+ Strong attention to detail

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Familiarity with commercial building codes and accessibility standards
