    What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

    + Manage nVent’s product cybersecurity third-party supplier Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) assessment processes

    + Execute program compliance activities and drive continuous improvement efforts to mature the program

    + Improve and maintain third-party supplier GRC workflows in various tools

    + Evaluate processes and tools for added efficiency, quality, and security

    + Responsible for verifying that all evidence of compliance to requirements are properly documented and stored for audit purposes

    + Support development and maintenance of a calendar of recurring cybersecurity audits, assessments, and activities; track to ensure owners complete activities on time

    + Facilitate process to ensure list of third-party suppliers is maintained in appropriate nVent tools/databases

    + Work with nVent product development teams on their compliance to customer cybersecurity requirements and requests.

    + Receive ongoing product cybersecurity training.

    YOU Have:

    + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field

    + Ideally 5- 10 years of experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools.

    + Ideally 5 years of experience in managing third-party supplier GRC relationships

    + Some experience in product cybersecurity or risk assessments

    + Cybersecurity or supply-chain certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA, ASCM, CPSM

    + Familiarity with ISA/IEC 62443 4-1 Security Development Lifecycle (SDL) requirements

    + Strong process development and reporting skills

    + Ability to successfully partner and collaborate across key functions including IT, product engineering, cybersecurity, and privacy teams

    + Familiar with industry standards and best practices

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills
