WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A CLERICAL COORDINATOR?
You will work directly with the Operations Manager of Volunteer and Student Services and act as a representative of the organization at community events, including internships and career fairs.
Complete administrative duties as assigned, which include completing administrative tasks related to student internships and volunteer on-boarding. This requires collaboration across departments to be sure that all legal and process requirements are met for each candidate supported through the onboarding process.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE A CLERICAL COORDINATOR?
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT(S):
+ High School Diploma or equivalency certificate required. Associate Degree preferred.
+ Two (2) - Three (3) years' previous experience working in an office setting required. Knowledge of relevant software applications, including MS Office and Excel.
+ Proficient in the use of email and the internet.
+ Must possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Knowledge of administrative procedures.

Salary Range: $15.84-22.96 /hour Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
