    We’re offering a **sign-on bonus** for qualified Respiratory Therapists:

    + **$12,000** for therapists with 0–1 year of experience (2-year commitment) accepting a full-time role

    + **$20,000** for therapists with 1+ years of experience (2-year commitment) accepting a full-time role

     

    As a limited time offer, specific to this location, enjoy an** **additional** **$10,000 upon completion of your third year of employment!

     

    Sign-on bonuses also available for part-time positions and will be prorated based on commitment.

    Who We're Looking For:

    We welcome Respiratory Therapists at all career stages, including:

    + **Certified Respiratory Therapists (CRT)**

    + **Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRT)**

    + **Senior Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRT)**

     

    _Final title and compensation are determined based on your education, experience, and certifications._

    What You Need to Get Started:

    Education & Experience:

    + Graduate of a CoARC-accredited Respiratory Therapy program required

    + As part of our career ladder, levels require different experience levels – but you can start with no experience!

    + Senior level requires willingness to complete a project to benefit the profession, hospital, and/or unit

    Licensure & Certifications:

    + Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) required.

    + RRTs certified after July 1, 2002 must maintain NBRC certification per NBRC guidelines.

    o CRTs can take advantage of **dedicated support, including tuition assistance, exam reimbursement, and paid study time** as they work to become RRTs.

    + Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license required in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvanian

    + Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

    Clearances (as applicable):

    • Act 33 Clearance (with renewal)

    • Act 34 Clearance (with renewal)

    • Act 73 FBI Clearance (with renewal)
