Position Description: The PSR Specialist (Restorative Guide / Student Supporter) provides supervision and support to students assigned to the PSR (Problem Solution Room) program. This role involves educating oneself on restorative practices, implementing these practices with students, and maintaining constant communication with teachers, students, and administrators. The PSR Specialist ensures students understand school policies and expectations, helps them reflect on their behavior, and supports them in making positive changes.

Supervisory Functions:

+ Supervise students assigned to the PSR program

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $35,000.00 - $41,500.00 per year
