    .Conemaugh Miners Medical Center is seeking a full-time Nurse Manager for their Surgcal Services department in Hastings, PA.The Nurse Manager is responsible for managing, coordinating and evaluating all aspects of care and outcomes for a designated group of patients. The Nurse Manager supervises the delivery of patient care and practices to the fullest extent of their license in accordance with organizational policies and procedures. The Nurse Manager plans, organizes and directs overall operation on the departments. Patient safety and quality are promoted then prioritized to meet departmental and organizational goals.

    .· Graduate of an accredited nursing program

    • Bachelors of Science in Nursing or greater or willing to obtain within five (5) years of hire****

    • Minimum of five (5) years of Acute Care nursing experience

    • Minimum of one (1) year of Nursing Leadership experience

    • Current PA RN license

    • Current CPR certification** **

    • ACLS and PALS certification

    • Skilled at understanding and applying patient age specific needs.

    • Skilled at demonstrating and implementing all core and job specific competencies/behaviors.

    • Ability to think critically, apply technical skills and demonstrate appropriate interpersonal skills. Effective communication skills.
