• HVAC Service Technician/Installer

    ### Job Duties

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential industry. Understanding of Rough In and installation a plus. We do not provide emergency services so weekend work is limited.

    ## Responsibilities

    - Install HVAC systems following design specifications

     

    - Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems

     

    - Diagnose and repair malfunctions in HVAC systems

     

    - Conduct performance tests with specialized tools such as Ohmmeters and other testing devices

     

    - Boiler Experience for In Floor

     

    - Provide excellent customer service while on-site

     

    - Keep accurate records of all work performed

     

    -Maintain a clean and inventoried truck as well as keeping jobsites clean if not cleaner when arriving

    ## Qualifications

    Valid driver’s license with clean driving and criminal record

    *Minimum of three years of field experience in Residential HVAC Service*

     

    NATE Certification or Comp Cards are preferred but not required

     

    Able to communicate professionally, clearly, and concisely with other team members, management, and customers via phone and email

     

    Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb stairs and ladders, and work in small spaces

     

    Must be highly detailed and demonstrate the ability to follow through

     

    Highly motivated, flexible, and great attitude on life

     

    Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment

     

    Demonstrates a strong ability to multi-task and problem solve with a sense of urgency
