    Minimum EducationA high school diploma or equivalent is required.Completion of an accredited surgical technologist/surgical tech program is required.

    Required LicensesCertified Surgical Technologist

    Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)/Certified Surgical Tech (NCCT) certification is required.Active Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA) is required upon hire.

     

    Required SkillsCritical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
