    The Impact You'll Make

     

    As our Product Management Intern in the Danfoss Turbocor team, you’ll play a key role in helping us bring innovative oil-free compressor products to market and ensuring our customers have clear, accurate, and engaging product information.

     

    Your impact? You’ll help create and update customer-facing materials, support product launches, and assist in organizing technical and marketing content — making sure our communications are consistent, high-quality, and on time. Customers, sales teams, and internal partners will all benefit from the clarity and professionalism you bring to our product information.

     

    You’ll collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and marketing teams, taking ownership of content creation, document review, and small project coordination — all while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    + Create, edit, and update technical and marketing materials, including bulletins, manuals, brochures, graphics, and online product store content.

    + Assist in planning and executing product launches, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement tools.

    + Support small departmental projects, including preparing product specifications, business cases, and promotional materials.

    + Review documents for consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards.

    + Analyze sales and market data to support decision-making and improve materials.

     

    What We're Looking For

    Must-Have Qualifications

    + Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, journalism, or a related field (master’s students also considered).

    + Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

    + Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

    + Ability to commit at least 15 hours per week, with flexibility to work more depending on semester schedule; majority of work to be done in-office.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign.

    + Exposure to CAD models or technical drawings.

    + Previous internship or experience creating customer-facing technical or marketing content.

    + Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
