Required Experience:

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Assistant Manager, you will:- Support the General Manager in daily operations of the restaurant- Lead, coach, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional food and guest experiences- Foster a fun, fast-paced, and fulfilling work environment- Contribute to sales growth and profit goals- Manage inventory, scheduling, and labor management- Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness- Participate in hiring, training, and developing team members- Help build and maintain a culture of pride, service, and attention to detail

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

+ Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience

+ Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest service

+ Strong leadership skills — ability to coach, train, and hold team members accountable

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Ability to manage time, priorities, and operational responsibilities effectively

+ Experience with financials (inventory, scheduling, labor management, P&Ls, spreadsheets)

+ Positive attitude, team-first mindset, and eagerness to grow

+ Aptitude for learning, coaching, and collaboration

REQUIREMENTS

+ Evening availability — must be able to close the restaurant

+ Dependable and punctual

+ Ability to stand/walk for shifts (up to 8–10 hours if needed)

+ Ability to lift up to 55 lbs

+ Comfortable with bending, stooping, and occasional ladder use

+ Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

+ Background check required
