Arnot Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Outpatient Psychiatry team in Elmira, NY. In this vital role, you'll support individuals living with mental health challenges by delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a collaborative, outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide high-quality nursing care in an outpatient behavioral health setting

+ Assist with patient intake, screenings, and vital signs

+ Administer medications and support medication management under provider supervision

+ Document patient care and collaborate in care planning

+ Support crisis intervention and patient education

+ Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, therapists, and social workers

Qualifications:

+ Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program

+ Current NYS LPN license (or eligibility)

+ BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)

+ Behavioral health experience preferred, but not required
