Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a SMT Quality Inspector to join their team. As a SMT Quality Inspector, you will be part of the quality assurance department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** SMT Quality Inspector

**Location:** Milpitas, CA

**Pay Range:** $23.00-$24.00/hr

**Shift:** Swing Shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM)

What's the Job?

+ Conduct Surface Mount component FA inspection process.

+ Stop the production line when necessary to ensure quality standards are met.

+ Scan board data into the DGS system accurately.

+ Implement and understand Manufacturing Process Instructions and product documentation.

+ Identify components, polarity, part marking, and perform solder joint inspections.

What's Needed?

+ High School Education or equivalent.

+ Minimum two years’ inspection experience of surface mount and through-hole printed circuit boards.

+ Experience using a digital multimeter (DMM) with the ability to measure and interpret readings.

+ Ability to read and understand work instructions and quality control specifications.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
