    Engineering Leadership Opportunity – Manufacturing Focus

    A well-established manufacturer in Southeast Michigan is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead plant-level engineering and maintenance initiatives. This role offers the chance to drive impactful improvements and support future program launches in a dynamic production environment.

     

    Note: This is not a product role, not a design role and not a role for recent grads.

     

    Who are we seeking?

     

    + Proven expertise in injection molding is essential. (REQUIRED)

    + 5–10 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing setting, managing engineering and/or maintenance teams. (REQUIRED)

    + Strong results orientation and problem-solving skills.
