    Responsibilities:

    As the F&I Manager at Doral Kia, you will be at the heart of our customer service and sales operations. You will play a key role in assisting customers with the selection of protective products and services while facilitating the finance process.

     

    + Present and explain vehicle protection packages to customers, highlighting the benefits of each.

    + Build professional relationships with lenders to secure the best financing options for customers.

    + Submit deals electronically to banks using the appropriate dealer systems.

    + Ensure accuracy in all paperwork, meeting dealership, DMV, and lender requirements.

    + Monitor receivables and ensure timely follow-up and collection of outstanding payments.

    + Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth and accurate transactions.

    + Participate in team meetings to discuss performance, sales, and customer satisfaction.

    + Assist customers as needed during peak sales traffic, providing seamless experience.

    + Follow-up on purchased products requiring customer action.

    Qualifications:

    + 2+ years of dealership finance experience is required.

    + Prior automotive sales management experience is a plus.

    + Proven track record of exceptional customer service and team collaboration.

    + Strong self-motivation with the ability to achieve targeted goals.

    + Excellent communication skills and proficiency in computers.

    + Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
