Salary: $2250 / Week

Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES (BCBA)

Start Date: August 25, 2025

Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours/week)

Contract Duration: 2025–2026 School Year

Interview Format: Direct communication with EC Directors (morning availability preferred)

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES provides behavioral consultation, training, and direct support to students with academic and behavioral challenges. This role includes conducting evaluations, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and supervising behavioral service delivery in the school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations

+ Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans

+ Provide staff training and consultation

+ Monitor and document student progress

+ Support educational teams in behavior management strategies

Minimum Requirements:

+ Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

+ Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, education, psychology, or related field

+ Experience in school-based behavior analytic services (preferred)

+ Minimum one year of pediatric experience (preferred)

+ Current CPR certification (if applicable)
