    SUMMARY:

    The Titles Admin Pre-QA Agent is responsible for managing and processing all incoming FedEx envelopes containing title documents, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is properly verified and organized. The Pre-QA Agent will also maintain accurate file organization and complete various daily tasks, including processing queues, ensuring all work is finalized daily.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include:

    + Understand and demonstrate the principles of The Savings Group Mission, Vision, and Values. Hard work, Optimism, Growth and Integrity.

    + FedEx handling & sorting, separation of documents, document scanning, file creation, document review, document correction, title document verification, system updates, ownership & title review, queue management, file pairing, responding to and sending emails in a timely manner.

    + Perform other duties as assigned

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    + Education: High school diploma or equivalent required

    + Experience: Proven record of similar job experience with Titles is a plus

    + Language/Communication/Interpersonal: Excellent attention to detail, accurate and timely deliverables

    + Analytical: Ability to read and correctly interpret Excel reports

    + Reasoning Ability: Excellent organization skills, ability to prioritize and work independently

    + Technology: Computer skills. Excel proficiency is a plus

    + Other: Ability to adapt in a fast-paced business environment. Adherence to company’s policies, including but not limited to attendance and latency policy

    COMPENSATION

    This position pays $23 per hour.
