Lead Full-Stack Engineer – Build the Future from Day One

Our client is launching something new—and they are looking for a Lead Full-Stack Engineer to help architect and build it from the ground up. This is a greenfield opportunity to shape a consumer-facing digital product within a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment that blends the energy of a startup with the stability and resources of a well-established enterprise.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of full-stack features and scalable systems

• Architect mobile and web applications using Flutter, React.js, and Java/Spring Boot

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical solutions that align with user and business goals

• Drive product discovery and experimentation with a focus on usability and performance

• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and collaboration

• Contribute to product roadmaps and strategic planning

• Advocate for modern development practices, clean architecture, and continuous improvement

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack or product-focused software development

• Advanced proficiency in Dart/Flutter, React.js, and Java/Spring Boot

• Experience with GraphQL, Firebase, or WebSockets

• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), CI/CD, and DevOps practices

• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)

• Proven leadership in technical projects and mentoring teams

• Background in product strategy, user research, or data-driven development

• Contributions to open-source projects or technical publications are a plus

• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and collaboration
