    _With over 30 years at the forefront of advanced machining, we specialize in Design for Manufacturability and Development services for the medical device industry and are hiring for a CNC Machinist! We're proud to deliver high-quality, precision components, and that means we rely on a team that's committed, skilled, and ready to take ownership beyond a typical machining role._

     

    **Pay:** $40-$52/hr depending on experience

    **Schedule:** Both 1st shift and 2nd shifts available!

    Responsibilities:

    + Program complex multi-axis CNC machines.

    + Perform setups and operate equipment to ensure part quality and process stability

    + Develop and optimize machining strategies, including tooling, feeds/speeds, and cycle times

    + Troubleshoot machining issues and implement continuous improvement solutions

    + Ensure compliance with quality standards in a regulated, precision-driven environment (medical device preferred)

    Experience & Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + 7+ years of programming experience with strong machining skills (Mastercam, GibbsCAM, or ESPRIT)

    + Ability to program, set up, and operate complex multi-axis CNC machines
