    Summary: Provides pharmaceutical care services to the patients of Parkview Health. Services include, but are not limited to, oversight, monitoring, preparation, dispensing, and proper documentation of patient medication therapy, as well as advising physicians on matters pertaining to drug usage and control within assigned hospital and outpatient locations and providing drug information, patient information, and oversight of information and dispensing processes and systems. Ensures compliance with Federal, State, and local laws and regulations as well as compliance with regulatory agencies affecting the Pharmacy.

     

    What You'll Do

     

    + Deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care and customer service across up to four community pharmacy locations within Parkview Health

    + Day-to-day operations of the outpatient pharmacy, ensuring accuracy, safety, and timely dispensing

    + Conduct thorough evaluation of patient information to identify factors affecting drug therapy

    + Support ongoing process improvement, technology utilization, and workflow optimization

    + Provide clinical support through medication counseling, therapeutic monitoring, and drug information

    + Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care outcomes

    + Engage in quality assurance, compliance, and regulatory readiness for outpatient pharmacy operations

    + Supervise pharmacy technicians and contribute to a culture of teamwork

    + Precept pharmacy learners and support technician development as part of our commitment to education and growth

     

    Who You Are

     

    + A licensed pharmacist in Indiana or eligible for licensure

    + Experience in community/retail pharmacy is preferred

    + A problem-solver and system thinker, with an eye for efficiency and quality

    + Able to adapt to constant changes

    + A strong communicator and team collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
