Position Summary:
The Permit and Canvassing Coordinator is responsible for comprehensive permit management for Leaf Home. Responsibilities include initial application completion, submission, tracking, and permit closing/conclusion with full documentation history for compliance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate permit records and compliance documentation, while identifying evolving regulatory needs
Coordinate and execute the full permitting process, including submissions, payments, tracking, and resolution
Research, document, and maintain local municipality permitting requirements, ensuring compliance and accessibility for future use
Review and approve canvassing territory submissions, leveraging data to ensure strategic alignment and adequate coverage
Prioritize and manage lead flow, securing same-day appointments, re-engaging unconverted leads, and driving production goal
Provide real-time support to canvassers and team leads, including troubleshooting scheduling platforms and resolving field issues
Required Education and Experience:
Required Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Required Years of Experience
0-2 years of administrative experience
Additional Requirements:
Exceptional research, reading, and assessment skills to identify similar terminology and requirements.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, or Certifications:
General knowledge of contractor licenses, home improvement, and dwelling components.
Familiarity with local governing entities such as counties, cities, villages, and townships.
