Description We are looking for a creative and innovative Art Director with a passion for producing impactful social media content. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in visual storytelling to create engaging materials aligned with brand identity and current social trends. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position based in Los Angeles, California.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement compelling visual content strategies tailored to align with brand identity and maximize engagement across social media platforms, particularly Instagram.

• Stay informed about evolving social media trends and algorithm changes, utilizing insights to create relevant and discoverable content.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and influencer teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and consistency in branding across various channels.

• Analyze performance metrics to refine creative strategies, employing data-driven insights to improve audience engagement and reach.

• Build and manage relationships with content creators, photographers, and videographers to scale content production while maintaining quality standards.

• Design and execute creative concepts for product launches and campaigns, focusing on platform-specific content formats such as Reels, Stories, and carousel posts.

• Experiment with A/B testing for visuals and content formats to continuously optimize social media performance.

• Ensure that all produced content aligns with brand guidelines, maintaining a high standard of creative excellence. Requirements • Proven experience in art direction with a strong portfolio showcasing social media content.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including tools like Photoshop and Premiere Pro.

• Familiarity with social media trends and best practices, particularly for Instagram.

• Strong understanding of graphic design principles and video editing tools such as DaVinci Resolve.

• Ability to analyze performance metrics and apply insights to improve content strategies.

• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external content creators.

• Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on producing visually engaging content.

• Knowledge of social media algorithms and strategies to enhance organic reach and discoverability. Innovation starts with people.®
