Maintenance Technician – Memphis, TN

Starting Pay: $29.70/hr.

Shifts: Open availability required (weekends, overtime, any shift)

Step into a role where your technical skills keep a high-performing distribution center running at its best. As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment, buildings, and fixtures—ensuring safety, efficiency, and reliability across the facility.

What You’ll Do:

+ Maintain plumbing, electrical, and ventilation systems

+ Install, repair, and replace racking and dock equipment

+ Inspect roof structures and maintain doors

+ Weld, cut, and repair aluminum and steel structures

+ Service hydraulic systems, air compressors, and fire systems

+ Perform preventative maintenance on lift trucks and other equipment

+ Maintain batteries, chargers, tuggers, carts, pallet jacks, sweepers, scrubbers, and forklift attachments

+ Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and power lift equipment (training provided)

+ Ensure all tasks are completed safely and in compliance with regulations

What You Bring:

+ Minimum age: 18

+ Valid driver’s license and Limited Maintenance Industrial license

+ Ability to read and interpret safety documents and manuals

+ Strong math and problem-solving skills

+ Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and any shift

+ Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

+ Familiarity with distribution center and technical terminology

+ Commitment to ongoing education and training

Preferred Experience:

+ High school diploma or GED

+ Two years in plumbing, blueprint reading, building maintenance, hydraulics, and electrical systems

+ Four years in electric or gas forklift repair or equivalent experience

**Pay Details:** $29.70 per hour
