**Job Title:** Maintenance Technician – Printing Industry

**Location:** Santa Fe Springs, CA | Full-Time | On-Site | Travel Required

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable **Maintenance Technician** to support printing and finishing operations across multiple facilities. This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment, as well as supporting facility maintenance needs. Occasional travel and flexibility to work off-shifts or weekends during urgent maintenance events are required.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with printing and finishing equipment, strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on printing and finishing equipment, including flexographic presses, offset presses, silk screen presses, die cutters, bindery folders and stitchers, and rewind tables.

+ Complete preventative maintenance tasks, ensuring accurate documentation.

+ Address both mechanical and basic electrical issues quickly to minimize downtime.

+ Assist with facility repairs and project-based maintenance work, such as equipment upgrades, installations, and layout changes.

+ Read and interpret technical manuals, mechanical drawings, and schematics.

+ Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other industrial equipment safely.

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety protocols.

Qualifications:

+ 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.

+ Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills required.

+ Vocational or technical training strongly preferred.

+ Knowledge of 120V–480V systems is a plus.

+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

+ Valid Real ID driver’s license and U.S. Passport required for travel.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various physical positions.

+ Exposure to noise, chemicals, and industrial equipment.

+ Ability to adapt to changing schedules and urgent maintenance needs.

**Pay Details:** $27.00 to $35.00 per hour
