Commercial Carpenters – Experience Preferred, Motivation Required

If you already have commercial carpentry experience, that’s a huge plus—but if you’re eager to learn and willing to dive in, we’re ready to train you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

+ Assist Construction Foremen and Lead Carpenters in all aspects of the job.

+ Read and interpret plans to ensure precision and quality.

+ Contribute to a safe and collaborative jobsite through clear communication and teamwork.

+ Take pride in the finished product—because your work matters.

What You’ll Need:

+ Commercial carpentry experience is highly preferred.

+ Willingness to cross-train in steel framing and expand your skillset.

+ Comfort working at varying heights and in outdoor weather conditions.

+ Physical ability to lift/push/pull 50–100 lbs consistently.

+ A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow.
