    Job Description

    Carolina Power Systems of Sumter, Inc. is looking for a self-motivated, hard worker with experience in an Assembly or Production environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Experience using a wide range of hand tools and pneumatic tools.

    + Ability to work quickly and accurately with a team to accomplish an assembly task.

    + Ability to read and understand CAD drawings and assembly drawings and use this documentation to complete the assembly task.

    + Ability to follow specific assembly instructions to build a product.Fabrication experience such as drilling, welding, grinding is a plus.

    + Electrical experience such as reading/interpreting schematics, troubleshooting, etc. is a plus.U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.

    + Candidate must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and be capable of lifting, bending and squatting and generally working on his or her feet for an extended period.
