    Job Description:

    + The Program Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and streamlining the deal process by leading the strategic vision, operational design, and execution of the full deal ecosystem. This position involves close collaboration with cross-functional internal teams and external partners to ensure scalable, efficient, and effective deal-making across the organization.

    + You will be responsible for orchestrating the entire deal lifecycle—from deal registration and approval to activation, execution, and performance analysis. Additionally, you will maintain critical resources, gather and incorporate feedback, and continuously improve the overall sales process to maximize impact.

    Responsibilities:

    + **Process Reboot:** Actively contribute to the execution of the goodwill process reboot, ensuring smooth implementation and tracking progress.

    + **Deal Activation:** Assist in activating deals across both the Americas regions, coordinating activities with relevant stakeholders to facilitate successful deal closure.

    + **Deals Intake Process:** Develop, implement, and refine the deals intake process to ensure efficient and standardized management of incoming deals. Internal Feedback: Conduct listening sessions and round-table discussions with internal teams to identify gaps in resources, collateral, and troubleshooting processes.

    + **Deals Hub Maintenance:** Maintain and update the Deals Hub, centralizing deal collateral and ensuring easy access for relevant stakeholders.

    + **Seller Training:** Support training initiatives for sellers, equipping them with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively manage and close deals.

    + **Cross-Functional Review:** Assist in the cross-functional review process to ensure deal alignment with company policies and objectives.

    Experience:

    + Strong project management experience Strong communication skills Relationship management.

    + Understanding or interest of deals ecosystem, tools and programs Interest in working in Go to Market.

    + Experience working with advertisers, agencies, and/or clients.
