The Opportunity:

CACI is currently seeking a Material Coordinator. The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic, growing, cross-functional, and geographically distributed team. This position is based at our Melbourne, FL facility.

Responsibilities:

+ Track materials throughout the production lifecycle

+ Create manufacturing orders and purchase requests for consumables and inventory to support material planning

+ Support the non-conformance process, including associated material transactions

+ Monitor production inventory levels and assist with inventory audits

+ Participate in daily production stand-up meetings

+ Close manufacturing orders and deliver completed parts to the stockroom

+ Validate that manufacturing documentation matches the as-built configuration

+ Respond to emergency parts requests and provide on-call support as needed

+ Collaborate with receiving inspection to process incoming parts

+ Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

_Required:_

+ US citizenship, due to nature of the work and contract requirements

+ 3 years' experience working in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, production, or materials planning environment Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience using an ERP system such as Costpoint

+ Experience working in material handling or as a production coordinator in the aerospace or defense industry.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$41,300 - $82,600
