    Group Fitness Instructor - Minneapolis, MN

     

    Substitute, working on an as-needed basis

     

    HealthFitness is looking for **Group Class Instructors** to join the fitness team at our multi-client site located in **Minneapolis, Minnesota** . In this position you will provide fun, effective and safe group exercise to members participating in the program.

     

    _Looking for general GX as well as specialty Instructors to sub when regular instructors are unable to teach._

     

    _Substitute schedule will vary, must have the availability for morning, afternoon, and evening times. Parking will be provided at all sites._

     

    _Candidate has the opportunity to increase hours by subbing for other client sites in area._

    Minimum Requirements

    + Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.

    + Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications or BLS (in-person/blended classes only) from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, National Safety Council or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.

    + 1+ years of experience teaching group fitness classes strongly preferred.

     

    Compensation: $30/ - $40/class. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
