Description:

You will be the Manufacturing Engineering Associate Manager for the Precision Fires Manufacturing Engineering team\. Our team is responsible for supporting one of the Precision Fires Programs by operating in an "above the shop floor" capacity, focused on being an effective manufacturing liaison between the program office, internal production sites, and external suppliers\.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Manufacturing Engineering Associate Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of manufacturing engineers and driving collaboration and partnership between the program team and manufacturing sites to optimize program production and meet customer commitments\. You will also influence design producibility, transition new or revised designs from development into production, and develop proposal estimates\.

Your responsibilities will include:

+ Leading a team of manufacturing engineers supporting one of the Precision Fires Programs

+ Driving collaboration and partnership between the program team and manufacturing sites

+ Influencing design producibility and transitioning new or revised designs from development into production

+ Developing proposal estimates and leading manufacturing process validation

+ Identifying and mitigating production risks
