    Supply Chain & Operations Manager, Wellness Products

    Opportunity

     

    The Supply Chain & Operations Manager – Wellness Products will Lead the end-to-end supply chain for a growing wellness-focused business, covering sourcing, transportation, warehousing, logistics, and distribution. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution to meet growth, service, and cost goals.

    SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Develop and implement supply chain strategies in collaboration with leadership.

    + Oversee network optimization (warehousing, transportation, inventory, and suppliers).

    + Partner with New Product Development teams on sourcing strategies and integrating new SKUs.

    + Manage supply/demand planning and warehouse capacity, supporting S&OP functions.

    + Identify and mitigate risks through contingency planning and real-time monitoring.

    + Track KPIs for suppliers, inventory, service, and delivery.

    + Build business cases for new supply chain resources; hire and develop high-performing teams.

    + Work with 3PLs, suppliers, and customers to ensure operational excellence.

    + Understand and influence supply chain cost drivers and forecast impacts.

    Skills/Requirements

    + 10+ years of supply chain experience required; Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field a plus.

    + Proven project leadership and strong business acumen in retail, wholesale, or e-commerce.

    + Data-driven decision making with financial and analytical expertise.

    + Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies; SAP/SNP experience preferred.

    + Advanced degree (MBA) and supply chain certifications (APICS, CSCMP) preferred.

    _The salary range for this position is $102,500 - $130,550. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k._
