    Our ** **RPO Recruiter within the Analytics specialty** **is accountable for:

    + Full cycle recruiting for RPO client.

    + Managing client relationship, including face to face client interactions.

    + Sourcing and attracting passive talent for analytics roles such as: Digital Analytics, Sales/Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence Reporting, Data Management (Quality)

    + Leading and successfully running the entire recruiting process, including requirement management with HR and Hiring Managers.

    + Managing requisition load effectively and successfully.

    •Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

    + RPO or Agency recruiting experience.

    + 5 years specializing in recruiting for data analytics positions – such as: model development, marketing/sales analytics, analytics and BI reporting,

    + Financial services industry specialty is strongly preferred.

    + Attention to detail and time management to ensure thoroughness and meeting deadlines.

    + Experience with a wide range of Applicant Tracking Systems & proficient experience working in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint); Workday experience is preferred.

    + Must demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively
