Job Description:

Overview

We’re seeking a seasoned **Senior Director** to lead cost analysis, investment evaluation, and economic analysis for high‑visibility Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) programs, including the BNATCS program. This executive‑level leader will shape strategic investment decisions, ensure analytical excellence, and guide a high‑performing team of cost analysts.

Key Responsibilities

+ Lead the development and review of life cycle cost estimates (LCCEs), business case analyses, and investment evaluations for major FAA programs.

+ Provide strategic guidance on acquisition decisions, budget planning, and resource allocation.

+ Oversee use of advanced cost estimating and risk analysis tools such as Crystal Ball, ACEIT, SEER‑SEM, and @RISK.

+ Communicate complex findings to senior FAA executives and program stakeholders.

+ Mentor, develop, and lead a team of cost analysis professionals.

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Operations Research, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).

+ 15+ years’ relevant experience, including 7+ years in senior leadership.

+ Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst (CCE/A) from ICEAA.

+ Proven success managing cost estimating for complex federal acquisition programs.

+ Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Salary Range: $155,600.00 - $280,100.00
