    About this role:

    As an Advanced Practice Provider in Occupational / Work Medicine, you will work with a collegial team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.  In this role you will provide Occupational / Work Medicine Services to our Logan Clinic Patients.

     

    + You will practice at both ourLogan Clinic – Intermountain Health (https://intermountainhealthcare.org/locations/logan-clinic) and Ogden Clinic - Intermountain Health (http://intermountainhealthcare.org/locations/ogden-workmed?utm=) locations

    + Your weekly schedule will be 1 x 10hr Day and2 x 9 Hour Days

    + No On Call Duties

    What** **you’ll** **bring:

    + APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program

    + Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline

    + Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one

    + Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process

    The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

     

    $56.76 - $87.59
