SUMMARY OF JOB
The Director, in accordance with policies, procedures and standards of Women’s Health services, HRPAS and Redeemer Health, and in collaboration with leadership, is responsible for achieving service line quality, financial and operational goals, with a focus on fiscal and statistical monitoring, building process and monitoring for standardization across practices. Responsibilities include facilitating patient access, patient flow, performance improvement projects, risk management, quality of care, customer satisfaction and cost-effectiveness. In addition, this position ensures compliance with accurate and timely billing and AR follow-up, coding and documentation and value-based care quality and efficiency measures. Successful performance is dependent on knowing/learning Athena Health electronic record for patient care documentation and communication, financials, and system report building, with a focus on the effective utilization of resources, in-system utilization, provision of high-quality service and expansion and development of HRPAS Women’s Health. Assures health services provided through HRHS are consistent with overall Mission, goals and objectives of HRPAS/RH.

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration - or - equivalent experience comparable to a degree in number of years and/or related experience - or - a combination education and related experience
10 years of health care management experience
Knowledge and experience with EMRs (preferably Athena Health)
Knowledge of PC based electronic billing systems and revenue cycle processes
Proven knowledge of physician practice reimbursement methodologies and medical terminology.
Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10, and CPT-4 coding, health insurance plans and value-based care quality and efficiency measures
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Excellent communication skills and leadership skills
Proficient with Microsoft Word; Excel; PowerPoint
