Enterprise Data Architect / InforLN / ERP Migration

We are seeking an experienced **ERP Data Migration Architect** with deep expertise in **Infor ERP systems** to lead the consolidation of data from multiple legacy ERP platforms into a unified Infor ERP environment. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless transition of enterprise data, maintaining integrity, and enabling business continuity across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and other core functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Migration Strategy & Planning

+ Develop and execute comprehensive data migration strategies for transitioning from various ERP systems into Infor CloudSuite or other Infor ERP platforms.

+ Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define data scope, mapping rules, transformation logic, and cutover plans.

Infor ERP Expertise

+ Leverage deep knowledge of Infor ERP data structures, including ION, Data Lake, Mongoose, and Birst, to architect efficient migration pathways.

+ Ensure compatibility and optimal performance within the Infor ecosystem, including integrations with third-party systems.

Execution & Oversight

+ Lead ETL processes using tools such as Infor ION, Infor Data Migration Utility, or custom-built solutions.

+ Manage data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and audit processes to ensure high data quality and compliance.

Collaboration & Leadership

+ Partner with functional leads, Infor consultants, and integration teams to align migration efforts with business goals.

+ Provide technical leadership to internal teams and external vendors throughout the migration lifecycle.

Documentation & Reporting

+ Maintain detailed documentation of migration architecture, data mappings, transformation logic, and issue resolution.

+ Deliver regular updates to executive stakeholders on migration progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

+ 7+ years of experience in ERP data migration, with at least 3 years focused on Infor ERP systems.

+ Proven track record of successful data consolidation projects into Infor CloudSuite or other Infor platforms.

+ Proficiency in ETL tools and scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python).

+ Strong understanding of Infor ION, Data Lake, and related technologies.

+ Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI), Infor LN, or Infor M3.

+ Certifications in Infor ERP or related data architecture frameworks.

+ Familiarity with Agile project management and DevOps practices.
