    **Our client, a dairy manufacturing company, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join their team.** As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, mechanical expertise, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

    **Job Title:** Maintenance Mechanic

    **Location:** Fort Worth, TX (On-site)

    **Pay Range:** $30 per hour

    **Shift:** 2nd Shift — Tuesday to Saturday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM (Days off somewhat negotiable)

    **Contract Length:** 90 days, with potential to transition to permanent employment

    **Start Date:** ASAP

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, and facility systems.

    + Troubleshoot and repair production and facility equipment to ensure efficiency.

    + Complete assigned work orders, including emergency repairs as needed.

    + Operate material handling equipment safely.

    + Support preventative and predictive maintenance programs.

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + 2+ years of maintenance mechanic or technician experience, or relevant technical training/certification.

    + Proficient mechanical knowledge in one or more areas: electrical, welding/fabrication, utilities, basic PLCs.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

    + Effective communication skills and teamwork orientation.
