    Our client, a leading manufacturer in the dairy industry, is seeking a Quality Control Technician to join their team. As a Quality Control Technician, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting production teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Quality Control Technician

    **Location:** Monroe, WI

    Pay Range: $18-$22/hr DOE

    **Shift:** 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Perform line and floor inspections to verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety protocols.

    + Conduct in-process and finished product inspections for quality attributes such as weight, packaging, and labeling.

    + Collect and document product samples for laboratory analysis and customer requirements.

    + Assist in investigating non-conformances and participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions.

    + Support SQF and HACCP programs by ensuring all processes and documentation meet regulatory standards.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

    + 1+ year of experience in food manufacturing or quality assurance (preferred).

    + Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and on-call as needed.
