Description We are looking for a skilled ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team in Solon, Ohio. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to work remotely, providing expert support and administration for SAP S/4HANA Cloud systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user access management, system configuration, and business process optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical and functional issues related to SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

• Troubleshoot and resolve transaction errors, data inconsistencies, and process challenges.

• Manage user accounts by creating, modifying, and deactivating access as needed.

• Configure role-based security privileges and oversee authentication processes.

• Maintain compliance documentation and audit trails for user access activities.

• Generate and customize business documents, such as invoices, purchase orders, and financial statements.

• Create and deliver recurring reports for business stakeholders using system tools.

• Assist in implementing system configuration updates and testing changes to ensure functionality.

• Monitor system performance and escalate issues to appropriate teams when necessary.

• Develop and provide training materials and user guides to support employees in utilizing SAP S/4HANA Cloud effectively. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with SAP S/4HANA Cloud (public edition).

• Proficiency in role-based access control and user privileges management.

• Demonstrated expertise in generating and customizing system documents and reports.

• Strong knowledge of client-side scripting and configuration management.

• Experience with API development and Salesforce integration.

• Ability to create detailed business requirement documents for system processes.

• Familiarity with performance monitoring and issue escalation protocols.
