    GeneralFood Service Worker at Central DeWitt High School

    3 hours- Hours would be 11:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m. No lunch break required.

    Duties include but are not limited to:

    + Washing/putting away dishes

    + Serving food

    + Making salads

    + Setting up the food line

    + Some cooking

    + Sweeping and mopping the floors

    + Helping where needed in the kitchen.

     

    All other assignments designated by the Manager and Nutrition Director

     

    Must be able to lift 40 lbs. with no problems and must be able to work at a fast pace on your feet. Must have the basic concept of working with food and have some food safety knowledge. This position would also be the backup for various other positions in the kitchen including cashier and head cook. Flexibility with hours is key.
