    Work Mode: Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2day in remote

    Industry background: Technology sectors (Big Panda, Elastic Search, Evolve, etc)

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    A Product Manager focuses on strategic vision, vendor relationships, and long-term product planning, while the Product Owner drives day-to-day execution by managing the backlog, writing user stories, and prioritizing work for development teams. Together, they ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery.

     

    Add to SRC, Product Pillar for increased workload in product portfolio rapid expansion.

     

    As the number of products grows, it is critical to have a dedicated Product Manager focused on portfolio-level vision, roadmap alignment, and vendor oversight.

     

    • Long-term planning across multiple product lines to avoid redundant investments.

    • Strong partnerships with external vendors and platform providers (e.g., BigPanda, Dynatrace, Elastic).

    • Alignment of product strategy with enterprise reliability goals, budgetary constraints, and stakeholder priorities.

    • Oversight of value delivery and total cost of ownership across products.

    • Leadership qualities without direct authority/ reporting structure

    Must have technical skills (Min 10+yrs of exp required in all of the below skills)

    Any level of comprehension in tools being supported (e.g., BigPanda, Dynatrace, Elastic) - Not an engineering role

     

    Ability to drive the prioritization and planning

     

    Road maps

     

    Forecasting

     

    Agile experience (write stories and build out backlog experience)

     

    Site reliability experience
