Your Role in Action

+ Support clinicians during exams, diagnostic tests, and treatments with precision and care.

+ Prepare students for exams—collecting vital signs, medical history, and specimens when needed.

+ Organize the exam area with the right supplies and hygiene protocols.

+ Be the friendly voice on the phone, the calm presence in the clinic, and the teammate everyone relies on.

+ Adapt to the dynamic pace of a school environment while ensuring compliance, confidentiality, and quality care.

What Makes You a Strong Fit

+ Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) ready to make a difference.

+ Strong critical thinking, adaptability, organization, and communication skills to support students, families, and clinical staff.

+ Comfortable multitasking and thriving in a fast-moving environment—while maintaining empathy and accuracy.

+ (Preferred) One year of experience in a clinical setting.

+ (Preferred) Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification.

+ (Preferred) Knowledge of medical terminology, medical equipment, basic lab values, infection control, HIPAA, and patient confidentiality.
