    Position: General Laborer

    Responsibilities:

    + Perform tasks such as counting, sorting, stacking, and weeding decals.

    + Work both independently and in a team environment.

    + Maintain attention to detail and take pride in your work.

    + Lift up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance.

    + Operate in a fast-paced environment, ensuring punctuality and accuracy to meet daily quality and operation goals.

    For the General Laborer position at BGP Bristol Graphics and Printing, applicants with the following skills would be preferred:

    + Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in tasks such as counting, sorting, and weeding decals.

    + Good Math Skills: Useful for precise counting and sorting tasks.

    + Hand Labor: Ability to perform manual tasks efficiently, including lifting to 50 lbs.

    Production Worker Minimum Qualifications:

    + Able to communicate in English

    + Computer skills

    + Able to pass measurement and fraction/decimal conversion tests

    Work Environment:

    The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g. working around moving parts, machines, fumes, or irritant chemicals. May be required to use protective clothing, or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.

    Physical Demands:

    The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods both indoors and outdoors of remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted.
