    Key Responsibilities:

    + Organizing, directing, and managing multiple, complex and inter-related IT projects.

    + Manage teams of 20+ project support personnel and interface with senior OIG leadership, including the CIO.

    + Responsible for the overall management of multiple IT projects and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the projects are implemented in a timely manner.

    + Meet with OCIO customers and staff to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items

    + Ensure conformance with program task schedules and costs

    + Establish and maintain technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and customers

    + Oversee the successful completion of all assigned tasks.

    + Work cohesively with the Contracting Officer (CO), IT support staff, customers, and senior leadership.

    Required Qualifications:

    + Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Project Manager for a Federal Agency

    + Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in an IT- or business-related field.

    + Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    + Expert knowledge of Microsoft Project software.

    + Experience providing project briefs to senior executives.

    + Experience implementing or working with Agile/Agile-Hybrid methodologies in the public sector.

    + Active Secret Security Clearance
